- Quality photos
- Complete listing in the MLS
- Custom, well written ads on Realtor.com and Zillow
- Quality color flyer left at the house for potential buyers to take
- Color info box flyers

Service
Communication is important. I am not an agent who lists your house then you never hear from again. I return calls in a timely fashion. I initiate calls/texts/emails (whatever you prefer) to keep you updated. You should never wonder what is going on.
- I answer my phone. If I am with a client or in the middle of something where I can’t answer, I return voice messages quickly
- I keep in touch during the duration of the listing- even when there is nothing new to report
- I communicate in whatever manner you prefer- text, phone call or email. Or a combination
- I will keep you updated with the showing feedback, the sale process once we get an accepted offer, and you can call anytime after the closing
- I return my own calls. You may get a quick text with an ETA on my return call, but I don’t have an assistant returning my calls
