The Preserve is a Pulte sub located in southern Orion Twp, just off Baldwin and Waldon roads with easy access to I-75. The sub features a club house, tennis courts, swimming pool, playground, community lake and walking distance to state land. And one of the few neighborhoods in the area that boasts sidewalks.
In 2023 there were 5 home sales ranging from $420,000-$490,000. As of 5/2/2024 there were 2 sales pending asking $499,500 and $525,000, and no active listings.
